Mayan Calendar Countdown ( Chaos to Order )

It certainly doesn’t take a genius to notice that the world isn’t looking very stable these days. The news is filled with economic distress, political corruption and upheaval all around the world, as well as catastrophic weather patterns creating much suffering and havoc (and of course,everything else under the sun). I’ve had many a conversation with folks who are very distressed about what they hear and who also feel quite helpless about it all.
Here is what I often say to them in return. A long time ago, I made a conscious choice to stay clear of mainstream media (as much as possible) because of those very feelings.
I would just feel angry and upset, but not know how to change the things I saw. Many people said I was sticking my head in the sand….they would tell me “You need to know what’s going on in the world!” Well, even though I didn’t have all of the answers, by any means - there was something inside of me that understood, that this was the correct action.
It has been 18 years since I stopped watching television or reading newspapers and much wisdom has accrued for me, during that time. As my spiritual understanding grew, I realized how important our thoughts are in creating what we see in our world. It started to become quite obvious, that all that was being presented in the media was incredibly manipulative. It was a deliberate pumping action of negative energy for self serving purposes.
The interesting thing about all of this, as a friend of mine wisely says - is that the manipulation can only take place at the very superficial level of life, and that is why they work so hard to keep everything at that level. When people come from a depth of truth and authenticity, they are not so easily fooled by the “smoke and mirrors” - that make the false appear to be true and the true appear to be false.
By not succumbing to the numbing, fear producing effects of this daily onslaught, I became aware that there were many amazing things going on in the world, that the main stream media… etc. would NEVER tell you about or even know about.
If you look just one degree ‘off to the side’ of the sickening clatter, you will find that there are huge numbers of people dedicated to assisting this planet in not just “making it through this mess”, but also those who are powerfully choosing to CREATE something different.
When you are not under the consistent mind control of the media and official statements from institutions, agencies, organizations, religious, scientific, educational, medical and governmental “authorities” who because of their obvious agendas are far from honest or unbiased in their information,
you actually have your own consciousness available to you, to be a channel for higher information.
Of course, since the standard media never discusses anything that is truly powerful or positive, there are millions of people who don’t know that the Chaos is actually being tamed and funneled into a Higher Order.
By staying clear, there is the opportunity to step back and see the larger picture and see the bigger trends. You aren’t so caught up in all of the immediate emotions. Also, when you are exposed to many different thought systems, ancient and modern, there comes a wisdom that speaks of very large cycles at work.
If you are not just looking at things from our ‘present tense’ information, Scientific or otherwise, you realize that much of what is being speculated about is not accounting for
the concept of very large forces involved. Generally, the unseen spiritual forces are never acknowledged at all when speaking about all of theses changes going on. Especially in the Western model, where, in our arrogance, we think that we know everything and that our short sighted perceptions are total and complete and we are definitely in charge of how it all works out.
The end of the Mayan Calendar is speaking about a major shift in human consciousness to a higher order. So, when you can see the trends, you can understand that this is exactly what is occurring, when you are not fooled into believing that the media is the only one that hasn’t a clue about what’s going on in the world.
